At Page Consulting Group, we help nonprofits build stronger, more sustainable foundation fundraising programs. Our work goes beyond grant writing to strengthen the research, strategy, messaging, and systems that position organizations for long-term funding success.

Our team brings together former nonprofit leaders, foundation relations professionals, and experienced grant strategists who understand fundraising from both operational and institutional perspectives. We partner primarily with small and mid-sized nonprofits navigating growth, transition, or increased demand for services, helping teams move from reactive grant seeking toward focused, funder-aligned strategy.

Serving clients nationwide, with deep roots in Greater Boston, Massachusetts, New England, and Colorado, our approach is grounded in practical experience, collaborative partnership, and a commitment to expanding equitable access to fundraising knowledge across the nonprofit sector.

More Than Grant Writers

Many organizations come to us seeking grant support. They stay because our structured, three-phase approach strengthens the full foundation fundraising ecosystem — from prospect research and case development to competitive proposal submission and long-term capacity building.

Our Proven Approach to
Foundation Fundraising

Page Consulting Group was founded on the belief that successful grant fundraising is not driven by individual proposals, but by strong organizational systems.

Through decades of combined fundraising experience, our team developed a practical three-phase framework that helps nonprofit organizations:

1

Identify the right funding partners

2

Clearly articulate organizational priorities

3

Manage foundation fundraising as an ongoing operational function

This approach allows nonprofit leaders to build lasting fundraising
capacity rather than relying on short-term grant wins.

Who We Work Best With

Page Consulting Group partners primarily with small and mid-sized nonprofits seeking to strengthen or grow their foundation fundraising programs.

Our clients are often navigating periods of expansion, transition, or increased demand for services and are looking for a more strategic, sustainable approach to grants.

We are often a strong fit for organizations that:

  • Have active programs and measurable impact but limited internal fundraising capacity
  • Want to move beyond reactive or deadline-driven grant seeking
  • Are preparing for organizational growth or new strategic priorities`
  • Need clearer positioning with foundations and institutional funders
  • Value collaborative partnership and practical implementation support

When We May Not Be the Right Fit

We are most effective when organizations are ready to engage in strategic planning and internal collaboration alongside proposal development. Groups seeking one-time proposal writing without broader strategy development may benefit from a different type of support.

Our team brings experience from across the nonprofit sector to support organizations at each stage of this journey.
